Disc Priest Development - Healbot Cogitations One

OK this is a jotpad post - read it if you want but no promises that it will make sense. But first a joke:

As I spoke about yesterday I heal using Healbot. I use Decursive for my dispel magic and cure/abolish disease spells.

Healbot Configuration

I know I am not utilising this to the maximum of its capabilities as I only cast 9 spells using it:

I used to just heal with the first 6 spells above - and I am still not fluent with the 'alt' set of spells - often casting these off my toolbar. I don't use the 'ctrl' modifier as I use left-ctrl for Ventrilo

Talking of my tool bar - I do not use bartender or any other toolbar addon so all my spells have macroed - so left click casts on target and right click casts on me.

I am slowly leveling a horde priest - and as I am only level 33 I really only have 4 heals on that toon. In that case I have the following set up:

OK My First Set Of Thoughts

OK to make things easier to type here is the terminology I will use:

1. I don't care that renew is deemed a bad disc priest spell - I like its buffering affect on the pull and will continue to use it
2. Greater Heal - I use this so infreqently it doesnt need to be a tier two spell and should me moved to tier three.
3. PW:S is the discs bread and butter and should probably be a tier one spell. However I worry that its current config is so ingrained I might struggle rewiring my brain.
4. Binding Heal I really don't use enough.
5. Prayer of Healing and Desparate Prayer are generally fired off of my toolbar rather than with healbot.
6. Other spells only used off of toolbar - Power Infusion, Pain Supression, Hymn of Hope, Divine Hymn, Fade, Inner Focus and Holy Nova.
7. Divine Hymn is macro'd to crit trinket and Inner Focus
8. Spells which should probably be better cast from healbot - Pain Supression

Initial Conclusions

1. Greater heal gets demoted - just dont know for what yet.
