Tuesday I ring andsay I want to move. I do everything I am meant to and I am told I will be transfered at 9am on Thursday.
5pm Thursday - suddenly I lose broadband and the phoneline is flicked to Telecom.
6pm Thursday Telecom tell me braodband will be activated overnight.
8am Friday Telcome tell me broadband will be activated by midday.
1pm Friday Telecom tell me broadband will be activated by 7pm.

There are more than 2 sides to eat grass from. So far IMO, you have sampled the worst 2.
